These three identical villa's are being constructed in the upscale neighbourhoud of Sabalpalm, Belnem.

The use of wooden floors and hard wooden segments for windows and doors in combination with a modern design makes these houses a very special, open, though down to earth project.

The whole concept behind the development and structure was "living outside with luxury", which resulted in the design of the open living combined with a "family friendly" adjoining kitchen with a huge working/preparation island .Another part of the concept are the harmonica-shutterdoors around the whole living room, which can be openened completely. When opened, the living area of the house is , inclusive the special maintenance free pooldek +/- 260m2

The developer's choice of designers furniture in all three bathrooms and kitchen, which are inclusive in the price, is another contribution to the rustic atmosphere. Appliances for the kitchen all made out of stainless steel, and only the best brands (SMEG and Samsung) are used. All bathrooms are tiled with european tiles and furniture.

Main construction of all three houses starts on 2,25 meters above the "klip"(type of ground where the construction is built on), the space under the houses (which is now designed as garage-washing area) can be used, and easily converted into either a studio, a sepearte appartment with own entrance, or a hobbyroom.

The elevation of the main construction also results in a beautiful view from the porches, over the north side of Bonaire and partly over the ocean and klein Bonaire.
